In January 2015, Jon started working for a Kentucky based "sustainable materials" company as they paved the way for the American hemp fiber industry. He became familiar with the plant as the company's first lab tech and finished his career as production manager of their 25,000 sq ft facility. He was involved in the product development, operations, QC, supply chain and agronomy departments over his years with the company. With over 4+ years of hemp fiber processing experience, Jon has industry specific expertise that will translate to years of cost savings through proactive process engineering, best practices development and material experience.
